We bought a five-month-old male kitten right at the start of the pandemic. Winston immediately moved right in as if he had always lived here. Heather had mentioned that he loved to sit with her husband at night which is funny because Winston must knead, multiple times a day, on my husband's arm (none of the rest of us will do). He is the most loving cat and sleeps with humans at night, as in right underneath the covers, whether you like it or not! He has brought an immense amount of laughter and joy to our home as he is very funny and quite talkative when he does not like something. I am slowly working on my husband to convince him we need another....

Looking forward to contacting you to find we have some pregnant ladies. I already have my name picked out. Hopefully you will have a male available & his name will be 'Tinker'. I'm walking around the house singing my Tonkinese song.

I am a sixty three year old lady who is semi retired. I was a nanny in a home with a Tonkineese named Sophie. I have moved into my own one bedroom apartment and would love to own my very own Tonkineese. I have owned cats earlier in my life and know many cats but Sophie is everything written about Tonks.

Hi Heather, Tonka and Marley are doing fantastic. They have both adjusted and are the most loving cats we have met in our lives! Not only that, but they are gorgeous! Thank you for being so professional and informative. We can tell that you are in this for the love of this breed- the right reasons! You have been a pleasure to interact with. Looking forward to many years with our new furry family members.

Hi Heather: Just wanted to let you know that our two "girls", Kiera and Kayley, are now 9 and 10 years old and are doing very well. Not only are they beautiful, but their wonderful personalities add great joy to our household. When my daughter and her husband bought their first home, you may remember that we got them a Tonk as a housewarming gift, since we feel that no home should be without one. Shortly after they brought Abby home, they acquired a Chocolate Lab and the two are great pals. Thanks for providing us with such wonderful companions. The three "girls" are great additions to our households. All the best, Shirley

In 2011 we inherited my Mother's 3 year old Tonk from the cattery, and fell in love! Last year we got her a Tonk kitten for company and they are the two best buddies and best cats we've ever had (lifelong cat lovers)! Affectionate and curious personalities. Funny. Sweet. Everyone is in love with these little cats! I will never be without a Tonk again!

Hello Heather, Just wanted to drop you a short note. Everything is great with us: Darwin & Hunter are beautiful, adorable cats with very different personalities. Darwin is cautious, but athletic, Hunter is a little more laid back, but likes to play aggressively from time to time. Aggressive play lasts about 3 minutes, then it's nap time...LOL. One of our daughters (Robyn is in medical school in Australia) is back for a short time, while our other daughter left for 6 months to Hong Kong on an assignment with the Bank of Montreal. Our cats adore everyone in our family...it is really quite sweet. In two weeks when Robyn goes back to Australia we will be empty nesters, except for Darwin and Hunter. Wishing you all the best, Gary & Susan

Hi Heather. We just wanted to give an update on our beauty we adopted from you in 2002. Taylor was born may 1st 2002...my husband and brother in law drove down and each got a kitten. Sam picked the smallest female of the litter. To this day she is still the sweetest. She is very talkative. Runs through the house like a speedster..and its unbelievable she is 12. She is happy and very healthy and our lives wouldnt be the same without her thanks again sam, merrilee and taylor

In December of 2000 we made a trip to your Cattery to pick up our baby Penelope "Penny" as we call her. She is now 14 and as active, inquisitive and affectionate as the 1st day when we brought her home. You are correct, she attaches herself to one person and every night I find her fast sleep in bed on my wife's pillow or under the sheets. We hope she lives forever. Thanks!!
